  • Is my jewel certified?
    All parts sold by EYLIA are authenticated, certified and refurbished before being put online. We take the greatest care in the expertise of the jewelry, inspecting the materials and stones with a magnifying glass, as well as all the hallmarks, serial numbers and the documents provided. For each jewel we can also issue a certificate of authenticity upon request. Additional fees will be applied for the completion of the certificate.The jewels that we offer are selected with the greatest care according to very specific criteria such as the manufacture, the finishes and the quality of the stones. EYLIA jewelry is antique jewelry, so we cannot guarantee "new" condition. The traces on the metal and on the stones are part of their history. But each of the pieces goes through our jewelry workshops to be meticulously examined, polished, cleaned, etc. Our goal is to present you with parts that are as close to new as possible.
  • How will my order be dispatched?
    Once your order has been placed and paid for, we promise to send your purchase to you within 3 working days. Once shipped, we'll send you the tracking number so you can track it. The sending of EYLIA jewelry is done by La Poste, via insured shipments in unmarked and tracked packages, for obvious security reasons. For shipments over €1,000, again for security reasons, the package cannot be dropped off at your home or at your nearest usual post office, it will be at the Distribution Center of your district whose address will be sent to you by post at your delivery address! Shipping costs:Up to 450€ of order: 16€from 450€ to 950€ order: 20€order above 950€: 25€
  • What if the ring size needs to be changed?
    The size of our rings is always specified in the product sheets; some rings cannot be adjusted to size, which is why we always indicate if this is possible and if this is the case we offer you the change for a difference of three sizes (more or less). If you choose this option, we will contact you to ask you for your finger size and we will send you the ring adjusted to your size. If upon receipt of the order the ring does not fit, you send it back to us in its case, by insured registered delivery and we take care of everything! Proposal for an estimate and follow-up... We undertake to send it back to you within two weeks. Please note, if the order you have placed and paid for is for a ring that cannot be sized, there will be no refund: everything is indicated in the product sheet for each piece of jewellery. If you change finger size during your life, EYLIA will always take care of the sizing, on estimate.
  • How to know your finger size? Or that of the person to whom you want to offer a ring?
    Choosing the right ring size can be a real challenge. The task becomes even more complicated when we have to choose a ring for someone else! Also, not choosing the right ring size can mean losing your ring because it's too big or choking your finger because it's too small. To make the selection process easier for you, we share some tips that never fail. Tip number one is to choose a ring that fits you well and measure its inside diameter: And then consult a table of measurements, on eylia-vintage.com, the sizes indicated are those corresponding to French measurements: This table has the conversion of sizes from different countries, which is perfect for comparing the size of a ring you already have with the size you should choose. If in doubt, it is always advisable to choose a size above. Tip number 2 is to choose a reference ring, the one that suits you best and that you wear as often as possible and to go see a jeweler (fancy or not) and ask him to measure your ring size. Tip number 3 if you don't have a ring, is to measure your finger using the paper technique. Wrap a piece of paper around your finger and cut it to create a paper ring. Lay the cutout out on a flat surface so you can measure your paper ring and compare it to the measurement chart below. If you don't have paper handy, you can also use a tape measure. Keep in mind that finger size varies with time of day and temperature. The best time to measure your finger is at the end of the day, when the temperature is neither too high nor too low (this prevents dilation). WARNING! Your left ring finger is not necessarily the same size as your right ring finger, remember to tell the difference. But don't worry, we're here to help!   • I received an Eylia jewel as a gift but I would like to change it. How to do?
    Within 30 days of receipt of their order, the Customer may ask EYLIA to exchange the jewel for a different product. To do this, the Customer will use the return form, provided on request by writing to contact@eylia-vintage.com, which includes all the information to proceed with the exchange. The Customer must return the jewel at his own expense, except in the event that he has received a Product that does not correspond to his order. Products that are scratched, damaged, damaged, incomplete, engraved or sized will not be taken back. The exchange is made at the risk of the Customer, he undertakes to insure the shipment at least to the purchase value of the jewel. The jewel must be returned in its original packaging, in its original condition, accompanied by the return slip, to the following address: Eylia, Calle Castelar 5, 28028 Madrid. It is up to the buyer who exercises his right of return to provide proof of the reshipment of the Product. This proof will be provided either by the receipt of a registered delivery or by any other document provided by the carrier. The returned jewel will be exchanged within a maximum period of 15 days from its receipt by EYLIA.
  • I changed my mind. How to do?
    If you are a Customer residing in the European Union, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 days without justification from receipt by yourself, or by a third party (other than the carrier). However, in accordance with article 3º bis of the Consumer Code in Spain, the right of withdrawal, as well as any request for reimbursement, cannot be exercised when the jewel has been modified, adjusted or personalized at the request of the Customer in the case, for example, of an engraving or an adjustment to the size requested by the Customer.
